- Combine 16 oz. of grass-fed beef, 1/2 of a diced onion, 1 grated carrot, 2-4 cloves of diced garlic, 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 1 egg to bind. Salt (or powdered kelp) and pepper to taste.
- Instead of a traditional hamburger bun, use mashed sweet potato that you have formed into a thin, bun-sized patty and sauté.
- Sauté the finely sliced onions or other veggies if you'd like for adding to or eating with your burger.
- Place hamburger patty on the “bun” and add a little fresh tomato salsa and large side salad to round out your meal. Makes 4 burgers.
